  • STAFF HIRING
    • All applicants to Southern Medical Staffing must undergo a thorough background check and interview process.
    • This includes not only the initial application but additional paperwork which must also be completed upon the first callback. 
    • After all of the proper paperwork and documentation has been received, we then send the applicant for a drug screening and we begin a thorough and detailed background investigation.
    • Once everything checks out with the hiring process, the staff then receives their full orientation.
    • Following successful completion of each step of the process, only then does the healthcare staffer go on the list of shift eligibility.

Requirements:

  • CPR certified.
  • Yearly TB testing.
  • Must pass a drug screen and criminal background check.
  • Licensed in the state of Louisiana.
  • Minimum 6 months experience for CNA's.
  • Minimum 1 year experience for all other positions.
